Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for supporting Laarni Jane Art. Because each original painting is a one-of-a-kind creation and fine art prints are made-to-order, please note our updated policy below.
Original Paintings & Fine Art Prints
- All Sales Are Final: All purchases of original paintings and fine art prints are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or "buyer’s remorse."
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact me at laarnijanehollars@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. Once a painting has been packed for shipment or a print has entered production, the order can no longer be canceled.
Damaged Artwork
While I take every precaution to ensure your art arrives safely from my Sandy Springs home studio, I will replace or refund items damaged during transit.
- Report Damage: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged.
- Requirements: You must provide clear photos of the damaged artwork and the condition of the exterior packaging (box/mailer).
- Resolution: * For Fine Art Prints, a replacement will be shipped to you immediately at no extra cost.
*For Original Paintings, we will initiate an insurance claim with the carrier and provide a full refund or discuss professional repair options.
Color Accuracy
Please note that colors may vary slightly from screen to screen. I make every effort to photograph the artwork in natural light to represent the colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations are not considered "damaged" or "defective."
