- No Reproduction: Purchase of a physical painting or print does not transfer copyright to the buyer. You may not reproduce, scan, duplicate, or resell the artwork in any form without express written permission from the artist.
- Social Media: You are welcome to share photos of your purchased art on social media, provided credit is given to @LaarniJaneArt.
3. Accuracy of Products and Pricing
- Handmade Nature: As a self-taught artist, I strive for accuracy; however, please note that original paintings may have natural textures and "imperfections" that are part of the artistic process.
- Color Display: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
- Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time.
